Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Business Development Manager to lead initiatives that drive brand awareness, market growth, and revenue generation. This role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, client relationship building, and the identification of new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and results-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote brand visibility, product awareness, and lead generation.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across email marketing, and social media.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and website content.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment with brand messaging and goals.
  • Organize and attend promotional events, conferences, and trade shows.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and track progress using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define pricing, proposals, and sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:

  • Skills and Experience in Social Media management
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid working
  • Occasional travel for events or client meetings may be required.
